The Bolster

Our yoga bolsters come in two different styles to allow for maximum support during your practice. The round bolster is perfect for chest openers while the rectangle bolster can be turned on its side for a slightly higher profile for easing into those forward folds.

In addition to being naturally absorbent, anti-bacterial, & anti-microbial, the hemp canvas shell can be easily removed & machine-washed.
